Hon. Richard Oriebo Oseku is The Hon. Member of Parliament for Kibale County in the 11th Parliament of the Republic of Uganda and belongs to the National Resistance Movement (NRM) Political Party. Oseku holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Makerere University and he serves as a member on the Rules, Privileges and Discipline committee as well as the Defense and Internal Affairs committees. He has offered agriculture materials to the community as his personal projects.
